The Becoming Project 2026-2027
It’s a year-long mentorship and leadership experience designed to help young women:
Grow in confidence
Develop communication skills
Build healthy friendships
Learn to lead with integrity
Serve their community

This is a heart-centered leadership collective for sophomores and juniors who want to:

This isn’t about being the loudest in the room. It’s about becoming the strongest version of yourself.

The Investment (a.k.a. the “Wait…that’s it?” Part)
The Becoming Project is:
$500 for the year! (that's only $250 a semester)
Now before you panic—this is less than the essential senior session (you know… 2 locations, 2 outfits, done and dusted).
Except instead of one session, the girls get three+ shoots across sophomore or junior year, 4 other mentor/learning opportunities and much more!
Yes, really. No, that’s not a typo.
What you get:
Two styled group photo shoots
One individual session
Four personal development sessions
A service project
Reflection activities
A Workbook
A year book
50+ professionally edited images of you looking like the main character all year long
So basically, you’re paying for one session and getting a full senior-year highlight reel instead. Financially responsible and cute.
Oh, and did I mention if you are a junior and applying to the senior rep program you get preferred consideration and $100 toward your senior rep fee!

The email of text will go out on May 10, offering the spot!
People have 1 week to pay their deposit and sign their contract.
Deposit + Contract
parent/caregiver permission necessary
The deposit is $100. The rest is due after the styled shoot in August/September. The contract must be signed by a guardian and it states that you will make every effort to be at every gathering, (we will work hard to schedule things well), you will come ready to be a part of a community of girls-that means being kind and encouraging, you will take this seriously-investing in yourself and others.
